1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and unwashed
  • The item must be in its original condition with tags intact
  • Return request must be raised within 3 days of delivery

2. Mandatory Unboxing Video (Important)

  • Customers are required to record a clear unboxing video while opening the package
  • The video must show:
    • The sealed package
    • Opening process
    • Product condition

⚠️ Without a valid unboxing video, no claims for return, refund, damage, or missing items will be accepted under any circumstances.

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Products purchased during sale or discount offers
  • Customized or altered products
  • Items damaged due to misuse
  • Products without original packaging or tags
  • Products without a valid unboxing video (for damage/missing claims)

4. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact us via email with:
    • Order ID
    • Product details
    • Reason for return
    • Unboxing video (mandatory for damage/wrong item claims)
  2. Once approved, we will provide return instructions

5. Damaged / Incorrect / Missing Items

If you receive:

  • A damaged product
  • A defective item
  • A wrong product
  • Missing items

You must report within 48 hours of delivery with:

✔ Clear photos
✔ Unboxing video (mandatory)

We will arrange:
✔ Replacement
or
✔ Refund (if applicable)

6. Refund Policy

  • Refunds will be processed after the returned product is received and inspected
  • Approved refunds will be issued within 5–7 business days
  • Refunds will be made to the original payment method

7. Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability
  • If the requested item is unavailable, a refund will be issued

8. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable
  • Return shipping cost may be deducted unless the return is due to our error
